Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to feel confident with your purchase from GLAS. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple return process and free exchanges to help you find the perfect pair.

Quick overview

  • 30 days to return your order
  • Free exchanges for another model, color, or strength
  • Returns are registered via our return portal
  • Return fee: £6 / €6 / 60 SEK (depending on currency)
  • Prescription glasses can be returned for store credit

Exchanges

Exchanges are always free. You can exchange your item for a different model, color, or strength of equal value, as long as the original product is unused and in original condition.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. All returns must be registered via our return portal before being sent back.

Prescription glasses

Because prescription lenses are custom-made, they are not eligible for a refund. If you’re not fully satisfied, prescription glasses can be returned for store credit, which can be used on a future purchase.

Promotions

For promotional offers such as “2 for 1”, all items included in the promotion must be returned in order to receive a refund. If only part of a promotional order is returned, the promotion no longer applies.
